A day in the role…

- Be available to consult with small business owners who are inquiring about QuickBooks.

- Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals.

- Recommend the right solutions based on need across the QB ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition.

- Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach.

- Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics.

Necessary Skills and Strengths:

Inbound Sales | Call Center Experience| Microsoft Office Suite
